Staff & Elders

Keith Sensenig is the leading half of our pastoral team. Keith has a Missions Degree from Lancaster Bible College. He’s spent many years in a full-time youth pastor role, as well as running his own plumbing/electric business. Keith is a teacher at heart, with a vision to see Timberline love and understand the Scriptures! Keith and Jen, his wife, both have a heart for the lost and hurting and together started North Star Initiative, a ministry that serves survivors of sex trafficking.

Keith and Jen live in the Pequea Valley area where they raised their 3 children, EJ (Emily), Josh, and Carissa.

Benji Martin is the other half of our pastoral team. He also leads the Youth Group that meets Wednesday nights. Benji has a BA in Bible as well as a Bachelors in Social Work from Lancaster Bible College. He loves meeting with people and applying the gospel to the realities of daily life.

Benji and his wife Melody live in Strasburg, with their 2 daughters, Aletheia and Lucy, where they enjoy laughing, creating music, playing sports (especially spikeball), and drinking coffee with friends.

Lindsay Putney loves her job! She grew up going to Timberline and loves seeing how God works through his body week after week. As the full-time Church Administrator, she runs all things office/financial, while also helping the executive team cast vision and think outside the box. Generally speaking, if you have any questions, Lindsay is the person to ask. She’s the oil and glue that keeps this place running and intact.

Lindsay will tell you that she doesn't have any hobbies (people have time for those?!) But she and her husband Caleb are of relatively average cool-ness and enjoy most of the things that relatively average cool people do. Lindsay does love books, movies, and music that tell good stories, as well as hearing stories about people's lives and what God is doing.

Nicole Waltman loves to worship! And she loves to lead others in worshiping Jesus as well. Along with a talented crew of volunteers, she brings vision, quality, and beauty to our times of worship each Sunday.

Nicole also works as a vet tech at a Veterinary Hospital. She and her husband, Matt, live in Ronks, with their daughter Johanna, and their pitbull, Bear.

Janae King is the Kids Min Director. She graduated with an Elementary Ed degree from Millersville University and taught in Philly for a few years where she fully engaged her passion for teaching children of all backgrounds, minorities, and socioeconomic levels. Janae is full of energy and creative ideas for how to inspire our younger students to love the Bible and participate in the body of Christ.

Janae is married to Vince and lives in Lancaster city, with their two kiddos, Colby and Callie. When she has time, golf is her hobby of choice. But on a normal day, you’ll find Janae with a coffee in hand, teaching her children something new, playing volleyball in a rec league, and making dinner, probably all at the same time.

Perky Fredricks brings a wealth of education and experience to her role, managing both the Transitional Housing and Benevolence Ministries. With a background in primary and secondary education, as well as a graduate degree in counseling, Perky enjoys engaging with individuals of all walks of life, educating and counseling them through various life dynamics, and connecting them with local community resources.

After a few years hiatus, Perky and her husband Bill are “back” in Quarryville, with their 3 children (Bryn, Aaron, and Lela) living close by.
