The goal of our Transitional Housing program is to provide a home.

We strive to connect our residents with helpful resources, to offer the love and grace of Jesus to every resident, and to transition each resident to independent living. 

Program participants can receive...

• Help with setting individualized goals
• Financial planning and assistance
• Groceries & clothing
• Career planning and advice
• Connections to community resources

This program offers free short-term housing for approved participants to give them a stable place to live while they work to turn their situation around. Participants meet with a mentor at least twice a month to create a personalized action plan with realistic goals, to monitor goals, and to address spiritual and physical needs.
